Choose from 9 brunch Specialties like Eggs Pontchartrain and Eggs Des Amis which Maudie created putting her New Orleans spin on classic Eggs Benedict. Carla's grits are better than you'll find anywhere -- yes it is true it has smoked gouda in them. Other favorites include Shrimp & Grits, spectacular French Toast, and the popular Creole Omelette.
